Powerful Mixed Signal Capabilities

Teledyne LeCroy's WaveRunner 9000-MS mixed signal oscilloscope combines the high-performance analog channels of the WaveRunner 9000 with the flexibility of 16 digital inputs. In addition, the many triggering and decoding options turn the WaveRunner 9000-MS into an all-in-one analog, digital, serial debug machine.

Huge Applied Offset Range

A 16-bit offset DAC permits ±10 V offset at 20 mV/div, ±4 V at 5 mV/div, and an amazing ±1.6 V offset at the highest sensitivity (1 mV/div). Such large applied offsets make it easy to acquire and view small signal variations (e.g. ripple, noise, transient interference) on DC or sensor signals. They also provide extended offset ranges for many of Teledyne LeCroy's high voltage probes.

An industry leading 40 GS/s sample rate allows for a detailed edge reconstruction even for signals with the fastest rise times. Long memory allows for maximum sample rate to be maintained in longer timebases. 64 Mpts of memory is ideal for debugging long term behavior on high speed serial data buses.

QPHY-ENET
Ethernet testing compliant with IEEE 802.3-2005 requires many test setups and connections and mask tests. Using Teledyne LeCroy QualiPHY-ENET these measurements are easy to setup and complete. Instructive connection diagrams and message boxes appear as pop ups on the oscilloscope screen. The connection diagram instructs the user how to change test fixture and jumper pins in order to do complete test. When the tests are complete, QualiPHY will generate a test report in PDF, HTML, or XML formats. Jitter and pulse mask tests are performed with automatic waveform alignment, and all test results feature pass/fail indicators corresponding to the standard being tested.
